PS5 Entered Prismatic Shader Redeem Did Not Receive Shader
Hello there,
I redeemed the code for the prismatic shader & when I went to the terminal to pick it up the item was not there for me to redeem. I have shared a link to my screenshot showing I entered the code & hit redeem & received confirmation.

If you haven't already, please try closing the game fully and relaunching it. Please then check the Special Deliveries kiosk at The Tower. If you are still unable to locate the shader, can you provide us with a screenshot of your Special Deliveries kiosk showing that it is missing?
