I basically care about two activities, Raid and Grandmaster Nightfalls and I have limited time for that.
So to get access to the new raid I have to buy the whole campaign. Not that I really want to pay for that, but whatever, I did. Now, I can't access the Raid without actually playing the campaign, why would you do that? I don't care about repeating the same three actions again and again between the cutscenes. I can perfectly well watch the cutscenes on youtube and avoid the suffering, but no, that is not allowed.
And then, when I want to enter the raid with another character, I have to suffer through the whole campaing again? And as an extra insult, the second playthrough gives no viable loot (over level 200).
And then you go back hiding the Grandmaster behind a light level that is not reasonably achievable with the time I have. I tried. But today, while playing an activity that I technically don't have access to, but can be pulled in by a friend, I don't even get the advertised loot. That was the most frustrating experience I ever had gaming.
We went through all of this before. And a while back, you finally learned the lesson and ditched the pointless grind. We could just play a few games with some friends, but no, a year later everything gets reverted back and we can't have that anymore.
I don't see a way to achieve a high enough level before the level reset. And I am unwilling to suffer this humiliation any longer. If this doesn't get addressed soon, I am out. Let's see what Steam says to a refund request, technically I am over their 2-hour limit, but technically you also did not deliver the content you sold me.
