Hello Bungie Support, I recently attempted to set up Cross Save on my Bungie.net account so I could play Destiny 2 across platforms. Unfortunately, I mistakenly activated Cross Save with my Xbox characters, when I had intended to use my PlayStation characters as my main profile. As a result, my PlayStation characters — which have significantly more progress, gear, and time invested — are now inaccessible, and my account is currently defaulting to the Xbox save data. I did not intend to make the Xbox characters my primary Cross Save account and would greatly appreciate any help you can provide to either: • Reverse the Cross Save activation (if possible), or • Restore my PlayStation characters as the active Cross Save profile. I understand there may be a cooldown period for deactivating Cross Save, but I’d be grateful for any guidance or exceptions that could be made in this case.
