HUD text/element cutoff problems using a controller.

There is a problem with the way the game is programmed to display the HUD when using a controller versus using keyboard and mouse for controls. The HUD shifts around much more prominently when using a controller to move the HUD cursor in menus than when using a mouse & keyboard for cursor control. For example when I'm trying to look at the stats for a weapon that is stored in the postmaster the stat numbers displayed on the far right of my monitor screen are cut off when using controller for cursor movement. While this does not occur looking at the same stats on the same weapon in the postmaster using keyboard & mouse. This is because the HUD is completely shifted to the right when using a controller such that the stat numbers end up past the edge of the screen borders. This is not a screen border setting issue at all as I have set my screen borders to match the borders of the native resolution of my monitor which is also set correctly in-game. I have also tested to see what would happen if I reduced the screen borders and that does not solve the problem as the HUD elements still get cut off at the borders regardless of where I set the screen borders using the in-game setting. The HUD basically moves around too much while using a controller for cursor control. This serves no useful purpose either practically or aesthetically in my opinion. Bungie needs to patch the game so that the HUD doesn't move around as much with controller and make it move the same as keyboard and mouse, otherwise important elements of the HUD will be cut off of the screen during certain scenarios like looking at stats of items in the postmaster. I've also experienced cutting off of text when looking at descriptions of Prismatic subclass fragments. That particular issue happens with both controller and keyboard and mouse. My monitor's native resolution is 1440p and I have my game set to run at full screen with 100% rendering resolution. I have linked a YouTube video I made to illustrate the issue.
