Child Account cannot join clan even after parental controls explicitly permit it
My son (11yo) plays on xbox. I've connected his bungie account to mine and granted him voice, text, and clan permissions - everything bungie lets me approve. Despite this, he's not able to join my clan, which is open and has no restrictions on age or anything else. The error he receives vaguely states something about a platform restriction. However, I've granted permissions to everything that seems to make sense via the xbox app, and I have no idea how to make it work. His bungie.net account is > 30 days old so I don't think that's the issue either. How can I get him in my clan?
