DMG reduction from artef is not giving the value it is supposed to give
Armor with tier is supposed to give DMG reduction 3% per tier but guess what?
It's not. I was playing with tiers and find out that armor is giving only 1/5 of what is supposed to give
T1 = 0.6%
T2 = 1.2%
T3 = 1.8%
T4 = 2.4%
T5 = 3%
I was wondering why since artef is showing different values but no idea why.
maybe @bungie know why
