What has the Stranger been doing? Where was she during Final Shape?
So Elsie Bray time travels to prevent another Collapse but isn't a large part of the narrative? What has she been doing since Beyond Light?

Elsie was done at the end of BL, she said her loops never got past that point. Her arc was getting us into using and mastering darkness, which resulted in our harnessing prismatic and defeating the witness. So she lost all usefulness after that point. Her time travel tech is just a Pandora’s box they don’t wanna touch.
