Master conquest - guardian rank

How am I supposed to reach rank 8 if i already completed the master conquest and it says 0/2 ?!?! Am i just locked at 7 now or are they refreshed? If so, when?

I’m still trying to get a Prime Engram so I can progress beyond rank 5🤣. No matter which activity, destination, or difficulty, it’s just not happening for me. “Earn a Prime Engram” should not be tied to RNG as that is not earning.
