Error Code Urchin on Multiple Activities

I'm unable to launch into the mythic weekly missions on kepler and get error code Urchin every time i try to launch into them. I did Commencement a few hours ago and I'm just unable to launch it now?? Like I can't even launch them solo.

im getting the same thing this week 7/26 completed one mythic and cant even launch the other due to urchin and i never quit an activity...
