Guardian since D2 and have been through the highs and lows, and stuck by enjoyed the content even when the mark was not hit, Earned various Raid seals and Done various flawless raids and enjoyed the endgame. anyway I'm going to get into it now This game Feels Empty.. WHY? Okay to start Campaign was good, solid story, but was dragging by health gated bosses, Lack of Power the guardians have since Nerfs to ability and stats across the board, nothing feels better then being one banged by a dreg! oh lets not forget everything is now bullet Sponges, they made the entire campaign feel longer by having to manually walk from place to place, until you unlock the ability to matterspark on the fly (i am not even going to get into matterspark everyone knows how forced it was) The End game, is where? the portal the only place to really level up Your guardian's Power but the grind is brain numbing and honestly so tedious, you have to grind too 450 power, But grinding to that you Hit 200 and then you need to grind another 250 to hit 450 which allows you to grind for Tier 5 loot Oh and the stuff to grind is repeating old strikes, Exotic missions , old seasonal activities *these are okay but the pool is so small and becomes stale so quickly* so most people was spending 12 hours in a single session to grind encore over and over again which is not acceptable in a game where there is soo much content but its not being utilised What i didn't tell you is the Extra 250 IS seasonal power bonus which means once renegades launches, you will be reset back down to 200 power and will have to regrind that extra 250 The Director, Which is DESTINY is greyed Out now and does not stand out anymore, everything is there, But you can't farm anything for pinnacles as they are not in the portal the endgame is Raids and dungeons..... these are not even in the portal so reality of it is the end game is not there now! The Game just feels Empty, with nothing to do. other then grind pointless power to be reset in a few months then having to repeat the process again and just repeating the same mission over and over again..... Literally if anyone was to ask me to describe destiny in one word. Its EMPTY I'm incredibly disappointed in Destiny, And how things have turned out, the game feels like its in life support gearing up for plug to be pulled The money that players spent it feels like it was more quality of life and not content but i cant stress enough the story was really GOOD! but not worth the £100 for the First Time in my time playing destiny am I really heartbroken and lost complete trust in destiny and bungie, myself and many of my clan members have either left or are leaving its just sad, as this game has great potential as we all saw with Forsaken, Witch queen, final shape, Id even say Beyond light was not that bad (forget the sunsetting)
