When I first went into Crucible following the EoF Update, I tried it with two loadouts from the previous season, which included the Exotics Outbreak Perfected and MIDA Multi Tool.
During the match with MIDA, it acted like a High-Impact in terms of fire rate but retained the same damage as the Lightweight frame it is based on.
Outbreak was in a similar boat, acting like a High Impact pulse in fire rate but keeping the same damage.
When I went into PVE, both matchmade and Open World, the fire rate of both weapons went back to normal.
Is this a bug? Or did I miss something in the patch notes? No other exotic (that I tested outside the already known bugged Vex Mythoclast) has a different firerate in PVP than PVE.

Hey there, Thanks for your detailed report. We understand that two weapons are experiencing a discrepancy in their rate of fire between Crucible and PVE. This does sound strange to us. If you're still experiencing this with both Outbreak Perfected and MIDA, then please consider recording a video which demonstrates this discrepancy. Once you have a video, you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and share the link here. We'll then investigate.
