Can't remove user from Bungie Friends list
When I try to remove a specific player from my friends list they continually return there after a short delay in-game. The profile name is 6#4385. This is super annoying and has been happening for over a year.
When I try to remove them through the Bungie website it throws this error and fails to remove them.

Blocking doesn't remove them either, though it does appear they stay blocked if I do that.
If it helps, I recall them mentioning using some kind of exploit to change their username beyond the name change limit, I could see that causing issues removing them on my end.
Still it would be great if this was resolved.
