Dear Bungie Team,
I’m writing to express my growing frustration with the current state of Trials of Osiris.
Today, in just ten matches, I encountered cheaters in three separate games. In two back-to-back matches, one player was blatantly flying around the map and shooting through walls. Just before that, I faced another opponent using what appeared to be an aimbot with infinite sniper shots.
Three cheaters in about ten games, that’s an incredibly discouraging experience, especially in a mode meant to reward skill and competitive play.
To make matters worse, after quitting two of those matches where cheating was obvious and unplayable, I was hit with a suspension. Not only did I lose my Trials card due to no fault of my own, but I also got penalized for trying to avoid wasting time in blatantly unfair situations.
I’m honestly at a point where I’m questioning whether I should continue supporting a game who can’t seem to get cheating under control. Right now, it feels like the only one paying the price is the honest player.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and that concrete steps are taken to improve the experience for legitimate players.
Sincerely,
charizard

The ironic part of all of this is Bungie used the cash created from Destiny to build marathon. A game which is only PVP, and they want it to succeed so bad. If they can’t handle cheaters in their main game, how are we supposed to trust them to handle it in their new game? Dead on arrival, and I still blame Pete Parsons.

I feel you bro. It really sucks. I watch big streamers, and even they call out the cheaters that they keep running into over and over in their stream.
-
Only thing I find annoying is the movement tech, I've seen warlocks fly the whole map in milliseconds

Da White House.. - old
It's been like this for ages and getting worse every week. Bungie won't do anything about it for fear of losing players... which is stupid, because they are losing players by not doing anything about it. Soon it will just be cheats playing other cheats.. -
Bungie doesn't care about cheating. They may say they do, but they really do nothing about it. When they do try to do something, it takes too long. They allow hardware devices They allow lag switching They allow hacker This is why the game is dying and near death. They should have an overly aggressive way of dealing with cheaters, but they don't, so they ruin it for everyone else.

There’s a reason why this game is dying.

I'll never understand why people continue to play trials when they already know cheaters are just gonna run them over. If bungie isn't changing anything, then stop playing, because complaining about it every day isn't gonna do it.

PC lobbies are terrible at times, and while it doesn't happen often - when you do run into the guy with infiniate sniper flying around the map it feels terrible. Hence, I moved back to console for comp/trials.

l don't think they can ever stop it fully. l used to like iron banner but it became hard core cheat fest. another reason l won't be buying edge of fate . that and not even 1 new strike ,no strike no money from me.
