What is the effect of platform account deletion on Cross Save?
Hello!
I am considering deleting my Xbox/Microsoft account at some point in the future as Playstation has become my primary gaming platform and I’m wondering how this could effect on my D2 characters. Xbox is selected as my Cross Save choice so would the deletion of that account break this and effectively delete my progress?

Hello there[url=https://tuxydoh.com/images/hi.gif],[/url] Currently your characters main character set (based on playtime) is Xbox, deleting that account at the platform level would render those characters, progress, etc unplayable and for all intents and purposes lost. Platform deletion would also permanently prevent any future changes to cross save, preventing you from ever using cross save for any characters.
