Taking everything at face value it seems like bungie teased a new darkness subclass. Even though they said it wasn't being worked on or finished. If this is true, they're rushing it into production to get more sales which is worrying. The last thing I want and I'm sure many others is an underbaked new subclass. If I was bungie! Which I'm not... I'd wait until ash and iron to release a last minute subclass. At least that would give bungie a little more time to "cook". Now, since I'd launch it in ash and iron. I would do a darkness infused siva subclass. Some big bad finds siva and reactivates it which should be possible lore wise through many avenues. Go big or go home for the final subclass we'll ever get most likely. A hate and rage infused chaotic siva subclass being manipulated by darkness. Siva could just be the look, but the darkness power is what actually does damage and what not. I know it would never happen though.
