I looked at your Dxdiag you posted before (but you should post a brand new one): you have a lot of RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 from different apps, that usually means that your memory management is not working right, and considering you have an odd amount of RAM (96 GB), it's not that surprising. Is it a 48GBx2 banks configuration or is it different? Furthermore, Destiny 2 seems to have problems with 40x0 and 50x0 Nvidia GPUs, with most drivers. I remember reading a player not long ago say that only 576.28 were working okay for him, maybe try those drivers. Stuttering without actually dropping frames (that's what you wrote in your previous thread I believe) usually indicates a problem with drivers and the OS settings (or your monitor refresh). PS you also seem to have a mouse with very high polling rate, that also may cause it.
