Quests for triumph are missing: inside the dungeon: ghosts of the depths, because of this, I can't complete the "Elegant Arsenal" quest for the ghosts of the depths.

They're separate. Check all characters, the abandoned quest kiosk, and the emissary for 'elegant arsenal [weapon]' As for the into the dungeon, its not called that - GotD is named 'First Exorcism'
