Dear Bungie Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am trying to activate Cross Save on my Bungie.net account. I originally started playing Destiny on Xbox 360 years ago, but I’ve been playing on PlayStation for a long time now. Unfortunately, I’m unable to authenticate my old Xbox account to complete the Cross Save. The issue is that my old Xbox-linked email account (associated with the profile “Seruption”) is currently locked due to repeated unauthorized login attempts, likely caused by automated hacking attempts. Because of this, I can no longer log in through the Microsoft authentication process, even though I am still signed in and using the same email (j*******@hotmail.com) on my iPhone and Apple services without issue. I would like to request the removal of the Xbox account (“Seruption”) from my Bungie.net profile. I intend to play exclusively on PlayStation going forward, using my current profile “Jxmms”. Once the Xbox data is removed, I should be able to activate Cross Save without any further issues.
