Tell me if i am confused but i cannot access Altar of Reflection missions for the triumph, I cannot turn in qualichor to Fynch, the Queens Executioners do not drop chests when i kill them, among other issues I cant fathom how these bugs are still in the game when this expansion has been out for 3 years. All i want is to know my time has not been wasted while attempting to get the gumshoe title. Does anyone know a solution to these issues?
