Nonary Engrams just dropping bright dust
So I've probably collected 9 Nonary Engrams. The last 2 in a row only gave bright dust... is that just a thing now? I 100% dont have everything that's being offered so I'm kinda confused

The last 4 i redeemed were all small bright dust piles. Only got 1 new thing so far. Had like 6 duplicates drop aswell. Seems bungie forgot how to program loot tables right
