Attached image demonstrates my issue. I redeemed all of the Iron Banner legacy ornaments on my titan, unlocked them from my inventory, but still couldn't equip from the transmog menu. I noticed there was still the 'unlock' prompt, as seen in the screenshot, and did that for both sets until I got to one of my final pieces and got hit with a popup to buy more synthweave templates. I had no idea doing this was consuming my syntheweave until then since I had already unlocked these pieces, they didn't even have a lock icon on them, and of course there's no prompt to confirm using a synthweave. Contacting support took 2 days to be told "our support team is unequipped for this" like they can't just give me the synthweave back or the silver to buy synthweave. Poor user interface and even worse support. Just wanted to vent and hear if anyone's had the same or a similar issue and what you did to solve it.
