The Starfire "buff" doesn't actually do anything.
Grenade regen is still too low for DPS, and the nerf to regen on kills makes it less good for add clear.
Why bother reworking, and calling it a "well deserved boost" if it's actually worse at the only thing it was actually still okay at doing and still unusable for the thing it used to be good for?

I'm not sure about the starfire rework, but bungie is very good at destroying exotics and calling it a buff. They did khepris horn so dirty
