The Starfire "buff" doesn't actually do anything.
Grenade regen is still too low for DPS, and the nerf to regen on kills makes it less good for add clear.
Why bother reworking, and calling it a "well deserved boost" if it's actually worse at the only thing it was actually still okay at doing and still unusable for the thing it used to be good for?

10 RepliesAgree it is not a buff at all. The 20 to 15 is a 7 kills requirements from 5. Just as reminder before it was any damage buff i.e rampage, kill clip etc that granted this buff. Radiant is not really the easiest to get especially since it takes -10 to discipline ... The jump from 2.5 to 5 is just not enough from what it was
