Starfire protocol gain refund on kill from 20 to 15 is a huge nerf
Sure you add a source of empowering damage but it is far from what it was ... before it was any weapons kill with any damage buff i.e kill clip, rampage, etc now it is with radiant which add -10 to grenades !!!
I ll rather have the 20 % which equate to 5 kills though than 15 % which equate to 7 kills !!
And don t get me started on the 2,5 to 5 % we all know what it was before. You murder this exo back then and it is not used anymore. The same happened to sun bracers in one twid one grenade less. When you at least would add this as 2 grenades.
Someone at bungie hates warlocks even titan does better their jobs than warlocks are supposed to do. With barricades you basically never dies constant healing ... better than speakers build !!

Everyone running this exotic will have more than 100 grenade stat. It will be higher post patch than 20% due to this

At 100 grenade stat you get an extra 40% energy. 15 * 1.4 = 21% per kill 5* 1.4 = 7% per kill You will be getting a little more energy per kill and almost 3x more energy from damage at 100 grenade. And if you are on Starfire, you should be running 200 grenade for the 65% damage boost.
