The Starfire "buff" doesn't actually do anything.
Grenade regen is still too low for DPS, and the nerf to regen on kills makes it less good for add clear.
Why bother reworking, and calling it a "well deserved boost" if it's actually worse at the only thing it was actually still okay at doing and still unusable for the thing it used to be good for?

18 RepliesYes it does. You can use Radiant/emperyan to always get the energy allowing us to use Phoenix dive without losing the neutral game portion of the exotic.
