Regarding nonary engrams/ exotics in rite of the nine
Why dont you guys include old raid exotics like anarchy and eyes of tomorrow or even some spoils of conquest.
Most people already have most of the rewards available. This is only helpful for new players, why not give us spoils or old raid exotics or raid weapon patterns. Maybe some kingsfall weapon patterns or something.

Because none of those things are in dungeons. It just doesn't make sense.

Go to tower and go into monument to lost light. You will find exotics and legendary weapons there. Bungie already added all this. You just need to expand your exploration area.
