Network manipulation, all the cool kids are doing it these days... Whether its VPN or router settings, I report a lot of players when I face them and they are immune to damage momentarily, then skip away and insta kill me. Its been happening a lot lately. So, odds are that you have been having connection issues with other players due to the low pop and how far the lobbies are grabbing from, or you are manipulating the network to gain an advantage. (not accusing you, but in the mind of the players you are playing against, any connection based desync will be thought of as a cheat)
