I've been having fun in RotN Explorer, too. It's mostly been in the matchmade versions where, in most cases, experienced players were also in, so I could watch the mechanics happen to learn. I just joined a new clan, and they've been very patient with me being a dungeon-newbie. Rite has given us as a team a chance for those explanations to happen (and me to die trying over and over), without any worry about darkness zones or timers or whatever. I know that non-Rite Spire of the Watcher has a few tweaks to the mechanics, but now I know how to make the base mechanic work, I'm not as concerned with making the regular version work. Hopefully, something similar to Rite continues into the future!
