BATTLEEYE (1, 35) CHECK FIREWALL OR NETOWRK CONNECTION

I have been trying to fix this for actual hours. Every time my game launches, it says 19:40:23: Starting BattlEye Service... 19:40:24: Updating... 19:40:24: Update failed (1, 35). Please check your internet connection and/or firewall. I just got back from a trip, and nothing updated or changed on my pc while I was gone. This issue just started happening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Battle Eye multiple times. I reinstalled Destiny 2 twice. I have tried literally everything I've seen online, and nothing is working. I preordered the next DLC and wanted to get all the yearly seals and the Rite of the Nine Seals before they are gone, but my game won't even load up.
