Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. The quests associated with Rite of the Nine can be picked up from the Emissary in the Rite of the Nine area of Eternity. Make sure you check all pages at the Emissary, if multiple pages exist, in case the quests you're looking for aren't on the first page. If they're not available from the Emissary, we recommend checking the Quest Archive at the Tower and your other characters' quest inventories. Regarding the rewards chests, these become available as you complete the associated quests. However, there is one chest near the Emissary which will provide you a free set of armor and weapons, and another you can use to exchange Nonary Manifolds for equipment.
