Anything you can pull from collections can go unless you’re using it regularly. Duplicate rolls and the “maybe I’ll use this” are next. If you don’t use it, you can delete it. That alone has cleared 100 spaces for me and I can weed out another 50 in the next couple of weeks. This is coming from a hoarder haha.

My method is to use a sheet of paper to write down weapon archetypes and elements as such: [u]Handcannon[/u] Aggressive- Kinetic/Stasis/Strand/Arc/Solar/Void Adaptive- Kinetic/Stasis/Strand/Arc/Solar/Void (Etc., also I abbreviate to K/T/R/A/S/V for space) I will pick a maximum of two of each of these, one for PvE and PvP, since usually they need different rolls, and will be sure to mark the kill trackers to reflect it in the future cleanings. You may find that even that is a bit much, and you can decide to only keep two of the same element or frame type, especially if you find there are multiples of the same type of use. I also deleted all my legendary armor that I wasn't currently using for builds since the new armor is going to be better in nearly every way, and any duplicates of exotic armor.

i don't get why people are dismantling weapons atm, i can see armors not used ( outside the mobility/ intellect rolls)
