I cannot place the traveller collectible’s down even after picking them all up. Emailed for months and made a post here. Not a single dev emailed or responded.
Now I’ve got bugs witb Derealise. Where I cannot launch it. So before I email the same “customer support email” is there another one?
That’s not full of useless employees? Never known anything like it. Send 4 emails over course if month and STILL ain’t heard back? And Khvostov was a LONGGGGG time ago. Literally paid for an un-working product and I can’t contact anyone for a fix or refund? That had to be illegal surely? 🤣💀.

Bungie don't offer email support. There are limited ticket options, but for bugs you post in the help forums.
