I've noticed this recently, in pve, I'll shoulder charge into a dreg & it just misses completely or stops right near the dreg, or I'll use a warlock charged melee & it'll just completely miss even at close range. The game is really bad now performance wise. Starting the game up takes forever, like 4 mins, then choose a character & another 30 second black screen, flying anywhere takes much longer than usual, matchmaking is really slow, PvP takes as long to start a game as it does to finish one, several black screens between loading & flying in - even happens in private games when you're alone. All the new modifiers are awful, all the new activities are tedious & drawn out, strikes are 90% battlegrounds, it's all just very hard to want to play.
