Raijus harness doesn't have an artifice mod slot
Why hasn't this been fixed??? How long has it been like this ???

NVM I'm an idiot who didn't realize you can artifice after fully upgrading an exotic mind my stupidity

I might be wrong cause it seems any exotic grabbed from collections doesn't have the ability to be artifice kind of a bad idea imo
