lost purchases

Dear Bungie Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently returned to Destiny 2 after resolving some long-standing issues with my PC, and I’ve noticed that my account no longer has access to the Dungeon Key and Annual Pass content that I had previously purchased. This has been quite confusing and frustrating, especially since I’ve already completed dungeon content in the past—which should be visible on my account history. Could you please help me verify and recover my access to the Dungeon Key and Annual Pass? I’m not sure what might have caused the issue, but I’d really appreciate any assistance in resolving it.   • Hey there, what are you trying to access exactly? You're showing as owning a Witch Queen and a Lightfall Dungeon Key, are you able to access Duality, Spire of the Watcher, Ghosts of the Deep and Watcher's Ruin? What other annual pass content are you missing? You're showing as owning The Final Shape plus Episode: Echoes, no Final Shape dungeon key. So that looks like the standard edition there. If you're not able to access any of those four dungeons, and you're confident that you have Final Shape's annual pass edition on this current Steam account, please check the following page and use the form provided -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items
