Poor connection warning out of blue

I got warning message upon login about connection quality prompting a restriction should this continue. I got fiber lan, nat 1, 1gb connection with no issues on ping or packet loss, error codes or disconnects. Been playing with same connection for years now. Why did i get this?

You’ve probably left a game or two, and someone has reported you maybe once for bad connection and they line up the dots.. are you on console?
