elegant arsenal quests bugged?

i only have 6 out of 9 of the quests complete with one other in unfinished i remember picking up two others on previous weeks but never did them and the seem to be gone? am i just screwed for the title?

Those others were “first watch” quests. There have only been 7 elegant arsenal quests so far.
