Unable to report windows store cheaters on bungie website game history section

I am unable to report cheaters using the windows store version of destiny 2. Whenever I do, I get, "The requested user could not be found (205)," and I feel like reporting on the bungie website is the only way for something to actually happen in regards to the cheater. | The user I was attempting to reports handle is, "[NAME REMOVED]" and they are a windows store user.
Moderator edit: I have removed the player's name from your post. It is against the Code of Conduct to name and shame other players here on the forums.
• Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear you had this experience with this player in the game. There are several ways to report players that you suspect of cheating. I've included a link to our Reporting Players help article. There's a form to submit a report if the other methods are unavailable.
