Cross Save Help
I recently switched over to PC from Xbox and I am trying to transfer my characters over to PC. I can authenticate my xbox account and my pc account. My problem is I have and old PSN account linked as well. I have not had a Playstation sense 2017 so I have no clue wha the email and password is. How do I unlink the psn account to transfer my characters over?

Hey there, as of March 2025, it is no longer possible to unlink accounts, also before then it was always necessary to authenticate accounts before they can be unlinked. Here and now you'd need to recover the details through Sony's support channels, so it can be included in cross-save. Not knowing the email address is not necessarily a barrier, things like payment details, personal details, etc, could be used to help Sony recover your access.

Bungie will not unlink it and there are no exceptions being made. As of March 25th, platform accounts (minus Twitch) cannot be unlinked as they're now permanently linked.
