I changed the email associated with my Bungie account ~10 months ago, and since then, all of the Destiny promotional emails have been sent to my old email address. The old email is also where the messages about my in-game accomplishments go. I have clicked unsubscribe multiple times, verified the new address on Bungie.net, and checked the box to send me news and updates to the new email. Despite this, the new email does not receive anything except for the verification emails; all other messages go to the old address.
I would like everything to go to my new email, but I seemingly cannot get that to work.

Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 6/17/2025 8:54:47 PMIf you're in the EU (UK included GDPR), or California (CCPA) then go to: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests At the bottom use Submit Request and in the request use the Right to Correction/Update/Correct my Data and tell them you want to update your email on their services to the one you want. If you aren't in the EU/Cali, then you'll need to just try readding the email/verifying etc.
