Cross Save not working
I activated my cross-save with my PlayStation account to my Steam account yesterday and my characters still haven't transferred over. I waited for the daily refresh and still no change - not sure if i just have to wait longer or if its bugged. Can anyone help with this?

3 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Checking your account, we can confirm that Cross Save is indeed active on your account, with PlayStation set as your Active Account. This means that you'll see your PlayStation progress when you log in via Steam as well, and your original Steam progress is temporarily obscured and dormant. If this isn't what you intended, you'll need to disable Cross Save, wait out the mandatory cooldown for doing so, then enable Cross Save anew, this time selecting the Active Account you initially meant to use.
