Stuck on Loading cross save data
Hello, I just need my PSN destiny on PC and every time I try to cross save it just stays on loading screen. I have over 3000 hours on destiny, and I need more characters over on PC. I've had the worst time trying to find anything on this and I can't. So please if ANYONE has advice or knows what's going on, please help me. And all accounts are linked on paper it should be working. And I be cleared cashe and different browsers and private mode. Just need someone to look at my account because I believe it’s an account problem

We are continuing to investigate the Cross Save issue that you and a number of other players have reported. Would you be able to re-confirm at this time 1. That when logging into your linked platform accounts it still prompts you to create new characters instead of seeing your expected existing characters, and 2. That you are still unable to go through the Cross Save process to select a primary platform for your characters?

So it is one and two. I believe it is an account problem. I just want to play Destiny with my most played characters

9 RepliesLooks like you’ve done everything right on your end—accounts are linked, clear cache, different browsers—so this is almost certainly a backend cross‑save bug on Bungie’s side. Here’s what usually helps: Use the Companion App to set up cross-save. It bypasses some browser issues. Don’t unlink or disable cross-save. That can trigger a 90‑day cooldown block. Submit a support ticket to Bungie Help using the Cross‑Save form. Let them know: It hangs at “Loading Cross Save Data” You’ve logged in via PSN and Steam The account links show characters but won’t load them This is likely an account flag or sync bug that Bungie’s backend team needs to fix manually. Filing the ticket is the best way to escalate it. Hang tight—once it’s fixed, your PSN characters should show up on PC just like before!
