This to me seems like it would be simple enough to implement for the edge of fate update. Change the firing mode reload requirements. Upon changing Navigator to its grapple point shot it lowers the magazine to 1 shot and forces a reload after shooting it or not. It should just be that you hold down “x” to have your next shot be a grapple point and then just continue firing afterwards. An example is Queen’s breakers bow. The way you can just change the firing mode and not have to reload is exactly how it should work.
