Double edged sword
Commander zavala is bugged. Me and my buddy have bought over 70 swords and not one with the destabilizing and flash counter. I have flipped my rank 9 times. This is some bull s. At some point it should be guaranteed six perks

Banshee sells it for 3 engrams and it's the exact same weapon in every way except it has 6 perks per column instead of the 12 perks per column Double-Edged Answer has.
