Kell's Vengeance - Guitar Error Code upon Skolas Death
Me and my fireteam just completed the Kell's Vengeance mission (hunting for the rare emblem). However, upon Skolas' death, I (the fireteam leader) was immediately given the error code guitar, along with both of my fireteam members' games crashing (without an error code). No rewards were given to any fireteam members.
