Oversoul Edict
I have completed Croat 18 times and still haven’t been able to get oversoul edict. Does anyone know why? I have gotten the hand cannon, the auto rifle, scout rifle, machine gun but no pulse. Do these other weapons drop during rotation or pinnacle?
