Why Am I Still Being Punished When I Can’t Even Play PvP? Bungie, This Is Unfair!

I’m writing this out of sheer frustration. A couple of months ago, I was temporarily restricted from Destiny 2 due to alleged "network issues affecting other players." I accepted the punishment at the time, even though I disagreed with it — fine. But here’s the kicker: During this restriction period, I was completely locked out of PvP. I couldn’t even enter Crucible. So how is it possible that you now claim, once again, that my network is "affecting other players"? How can I affect other players when I’m not allowed to play with them? This makes absolutely no sense. I contacted Bungie support, and all I got was a copy-paste response basically blaming my network again. Are you even reviewing these cases properly? Meanwhile, PvP is currently plagued with cheaters, lag-switchers, and blatant hackers, yet somehow I — someone who’s just trying to play the game fairly — keep getting punished. I have done everything by the book. I haven’t cheated. I haven’t manipulated my connection. I don’t even use voice chat. Just playing normally. And yet I’m the one being banned? What kind of system flags someone who's not even in matchmaking? This is beyond discouraging. I've supported this game for years. I’ve spent money on expansions, cosmetics, and season passes. And in return, I get penalized for something I literally couldn't have done — while actual cheaters roam free. I demand an actual explanation — not a canned response. What data are you using to determine my connection is affecting others during a period when I wasn't even allowed in PvP? Why is the restriction period resetting without new evidence? And why aren’t you doing more to address the real problems plaguing Crucible? Please take this seriously. The current system is punishing loyal players while letting real abusers run wild.
