Missing Ritual Initiation quest with my 3rd character
I got the Ritual Initiation Quest for 2 of my characters. But when I played with my 3rd character and completed the prophesy dungeon yesterday. I did not get the exotic reward. And then I checked that my 3rd character did not have the Ritual Initiation Quest at all!! I spoke to Emissary, she does not offer the Ritual Initiation quest. I searched the Archived Quest, nothing there.
Perhaps, I have not played with my 3rd character for years, and there maybe some prerequisite tasks I need to perform before I get this Ritual Initiation Quest??

To clarify, these Initiation Quests are account based, not character based, and only two instances of the Quest have been made available thus far with the third currently time gated. You will need to wait until the third Quest instance is made available later during RotN. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
