Nerf Hand cannons in pvp.
Hand cannons have been a powerhouse for far to long now.
Long range and only needing 3 shots to kill and 2 with certain perks.
A 50% nerf is something that it so sorely needs, it would make it more balanced and open up for more options.
Come come and defend your beloved.

1 ReplySoo...you want hcs to take more than 3 hs to kill.. You realize it would turn them into the worst and slowest ttk in the game by far right ? Every weapon have a 1second ttk in the worst case. And you want hc to reach almost 2 seconds ? XD
