Drops for Icebreaker are bugged
When Vespers Host is on rotation, Icebreaker is not farmable, does no drop unless its the first clear in each character.
And this week I am not getting loot directly from the boss kill. It might be bugged as well.
The problem is that is happening for months and no real answer from Bungie.
Nothing in Known Issues, nothing in offcial Bungie/D2 channels, only generic a reply in a post.
As we got no answers, dont waste time going for it. We have no idea how bugged Vespers Host drops are.

Vespers is still farmable out of rotation, so I think it's still being considered the new dungeon (1 x exotic chance per character per week). I'd say go for it, if you still want it... just don't do repeat runs. Perhaps they're doing nothing to fix it, as it'll all change with edge of fate; but that's me just trying to justify it... could just be -blam!-!!
